These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Picea Ventures Ltd (trading as Medivendr, Company No. 14364022, registered office: 159 High Street, Barnet, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, EN5 5SU). By accessing our website or booking a site survey, you accept these terms in full.
1. Services and Scope
Medivendr provides fully managed, self-service medicine vending machine solutions to corporate, educational, and transit environments under arrangement and agreements established with site owners or occupiers.
2. Site Surveys and Proposals
Booking a site survey via our online form is completely free of charge and carries no binding commercial obligation. A binding agreement for floor space tenancy and monthly rent payments only comes into effect upon the execution of a formal, written contract signed by authorized representatives of both Picea Ventures Ltd and the host organization.
3. Regulatory and Licensing Compliance
All medicines vended through Medivendr machines are restricted strictly to General Sale List (GSL) items and are operated under the direct regulatory supervision and licence of a GPhC-registered partner pharmacy. Neither Medivendr nor the host site owner assumes individual pharmaceutical dispensing liability.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Picea Ventures Ltd and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Medivendr. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from the website for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Picea Ventures Ltd excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in these terms will: limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
